PEFCU LEADERSHIP

John O. Trott
Chair
Elected to PEFCU's board in 1999 John recently retired from serving as director of Purdue's Agricultural Centers located across the state of Indiana. John was responsible for the overall management and direction of Purdue's eight regional agricultural research centers.

Steve Brewer
Vice Chair
Steve brings nearly 30 years of corporate finance experience to PEFCU. Most of his experience was garnered with Pfizer, Corning and Great Lakes Chemical, where he was assistant treasurer. He also had previous entrepreneurial experience with several high-tech companies. Steve is a chemical engineering graduate of Purdue University and has an MBA from Northwestern University (Kellogg School).

Bob (Robert W.) Bain
Treasurer
Bob started his second tour on the board in 2006, having previously served for about 10 years, and as the chairman of the Supervisory Committee since 1999. With 35 years experience at Purdue as a financial and computing manager, he is particularly interested in using technology to make credit union services more readily available, and to meet the particular needs of PEFCU members.

Susan Smith
Secretary
Susan has 20 years experience as the chief executive officer of Family Services, a non-profit agency with a multi-million dollar budget. She's been involved extensively in the community throughout Tippecanoe and several surrounding counties. Susan has been a PEFCU member since moving to Tippecanoe County in 1979.

Susan K. Aufderheide
Director
Susan is a longtime PEFCU committee volunteer who was elected to the board in 1997. Her career at Purdue began in 1980 as a faculty member in physical education, health and recreation where she was named outstanding teacher in 1984 and 1985 and was named Indiana Outstanding Young Professional in the Indiana Association for Health, Physical Education and Recreation in 1984. From 1992 to 2000 Sue served as athletic academic services director at Purdue University overseeing programs that involve approximately 500 students. Currently Sue oversees Purdue's Undergraduate Studies program.

Jayne Feathers
Director
Jayne received a BA from Capital University, Columbus, OH, in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, and she is a graduate of the Institute for Organization Management at the University of Georgia. In the past twenty-five years she have served as Assistant Controller of an oil and gas company and as President and CEO of a successful Chamber of Commerce. Jayne brings significant experience from the private sector, as well as unique experience from a membership-owned, business-focused organization.

Thomas E. Moore
Director
Tom was elected to PEFCU's board in 1999 and currently serves as chief financial officer (CFO) for Lafayette Venetian Blind. He also has many years CFO experience within the Greater Lafayette financial services industry. Tom currently serves as vice president & treasurer of Hanna Community Center and is also a member of the Wabash Township Volunteer Fire Department.

Mark Moriarty
Director
A 22-year PEFCU member, Mark first served on the Membership Services Committee and was elected to the board in 2008. He is associate professor of management at the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University with expertise in marketing strategy, marketing engineering and forecasting. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science degree in industrial management from Purdue, his Master of Arts degree in economics from UCLA and his doctorate in industrial administration with a specialization in marketing from Purdue. Before joining Purdue as a faculty member in 1985, Mark taught at Northeastern University, the University of Iowa and the University of Kansas. He also served as faculty chair of the Krannert Professional Masters Program from 1998-2001.

P. Greggory Williams
Director
Gregg began his PEFCU service as a member of the Asset/Liability Committee and was elected to the board in 2008. In 2000, Gregg earned his International Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He brings to PEFCU nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry where he has served as chief investment officer for several financial institutions.

Bob Falk
President / CEO
Bob began his role as president and chief executive officer on July 1, 2008, with more than 18 years of credit union experience. He joined PEFCU in 2002 as vice president of lending then served as senior vice president, executive vice president and most recently president and chief operating officer. Through his efforts PEFCU members can now meet all transaction, lending and credit needs at any one of our convenient locations around town. Bob was also instrumental in acquiring the Purdue Alumni Association credit card program. Prior to joining PEFCU, Bob was the vice president of lending at the University of Colorado Federal Credit Union (now Elevations Credit Union) in Boulder, Colo. Bob is also active in community organizations including the Greater Lafayette Capital Resource Committee and Hanna Community Council as well as trade organizations including Card Services for Credit Unions and Prime Alliance.

Gail J. Koehler
Executive Vice President
With more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry, Gail joined PEFCU in 1991. Wherever there has been innovation, development, progress and hard work, she has been in the front ranks. Gail has been instrumental in the development of PEFCU's Web services and our state-of-the-art PEFCU One Touch automated branches, utilizing biometric technology for secure account access.

Brian D. Musser
Vice President Finance / CFO
Brian joined PEFCU as chief financial officer in 1991, bringing with him a degree in accounting and certification as a CPA. Brian has been involved with credit union financial management since 1986. His experience also includes the management of multiple electronic payment systems. He currently serves on the board of Mid-America Payment Exchange, an automated clearing house association.

Evelyn Royer
Vice President Risk Management & Support Services
Evelyn joined the credit union in 1994 as the internal auditor and was promoted to accounting manager a few years later until she was chosen to develop the risk management department in 2002. In 2005 Evelyn became vice president to oversee collections, compliance, internal audit and servicing for loans, deposits and plastic products. Evelyn is a licensed CPA and certified by CUNA (the Credit Union National Association) as a CUCE or Credit Union Compliance Expert.

Bill Arnold
Vice President Information Technology
Bill has 23 years of experience in the financial service industry and a master's degree in artificial intelligence from the University of Georgia, which will aid him in developing and implementing new technologies for the benefit of members and staff. He participates in credit union groups and the local community through activities including the Credit Union National Association Technology Council Communications Committee, Wabash River Cycle Club and Indiana Division of the United States Canoe Association.

Jackie Hofman
Vice President Human Resources and Marketing
Jackie, a Purdue University graduate and eight-year PEFCU employee, uses her more than 19 years of experience in human resources within the financial services industry to guide the human resources and marketing teams. Prior to her promotion, Jackie served as assistant vice president of human resources. She is an active volunteer for the American Heart Association and United Way, and has been a member of the Society of Human Resources Management for 10 years.

Nikki Gaylord
Vice President Lending
Nikki has more than 16 years of lending experience to apply to her role as Vice President Lending. Nikki provides leadership and oversees the daily work flow of consumer and mortgage lending areas to ensure our commitment to service excellence is delivered to our members.
