To protect consumer data and comply with improved best practice standards, all e-mail communication you receive from us containing personally identifiable financial information takes advantage of ZixCorp's encryption services, ensuring all personally identifiable financial information remains confidential. This easy-to-use e-messaging protection makes it easy for you to receive, read and reply to all our encrypted communications.

Retrieving a Secure E-mail Message

  1. Click the hyperlink in the e-mail message you received or copy and paste the URL at the bottom of the e-mail into your browser.



    Note:Some e-mail programs do not support active links, you may need to cut and paste the link into your browser.

    The Registration page displays with your E-mail Address filled in.



    Note: The red asterisks (*) indicate required fields.

  2. On the Registration page, enter a Password that complies with the Password Rules shown, re-enter it, then enter a Password Reminder Phrase.

  3. Click Submit Password.

    The SecureMessage Center opens and displays your e-mail message.
