Manage your money when and where it's convenient for you with PEFCU eServices. Through PEFCU Online, PEFCU Phone, ATMs and kiosks, you can access your accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from nearly anywhere.

PEFCU Online


PEFCU Online provides convenient access to all your PEFCU accounts, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from any computer with an Internet connection. You will also have access to excellent services such as ePay, eStatements, eAlerts, uDeposit, Secure Account Manager (S.A.M.) and more online. To view details about each of these services, click on their links below. As a PEFCU member you can:

  • Manage your money online safely and securely for free.
  • Monitor your transactions and see a complete history of all your deposits, withdrawals, transfers, purchases, ATM activity and more.
  • Transfer funds, and view real-time balances and transactions.
  • Apply for loans.
  • Pay recurring and one-time-only bills.
  • View images of cleared checks.

Enroll in PEFCU Online by clicking the "Enroll Now" link in the upper left-hand corner or contact us for more information.

If you are already enrolled and would like to login, you can do this from the red box labeled, "PEFCU Online Login" in the upper left-hand corner of your screen.

PEFCU2go Mobile Service


For more information and tips on PEFCU2go, click here, or go to http://www.purdueefcu.com/pefcu2go.

Now available to you and FREE is a new mobile service that allows you to safely manage your PEFCU account when and where it's convenient for you.

Simply type www.pefcu2go.com into your Web-enabled cell phone or other mobile device and login with your PEFCU Online username and password to our secure network to:

  • Check Account Balances
  • Review Account Transactions
  • Transfer Funds
  • View and Pay Bills

If you do not have a Web-enabled mobile device, you can use the mobile messaging option of PEFCU2go (using SMS messages). Click here to learn more about mobile messaging.

ePay


Don't have stamps? Don't worry with ePay. When you enroll in ePay, you can safely and easily pay your bills online for FREE.

  • Submit a one-time payment for any bill.
  • Set up automatic recurring payments for specified payees with any date and amount of your choice.
  • Pay any company or individual with a U.S. postal address.

PEFCU ePay Payment Center

The ePay Payment Center is the single point of access for most bill payment activities. Here, you can make payments, view and pay bills, and review your outgoing payments and bill history.

eStatements


Electronic statements, or eStatements, provide you with an electronic version of the paper statements you would normally receive in the mail.

  • Receive your monthly statement faster and more securely than if it was mailed to you. You are notified by e-mail when your new statement is available each month.
  • Check your statement when it's convenient for you. eStatements are archived online for 13 months.
  • Print your eStatement for easy viewing and balancing.
  • View your eStatement in a secure place--your eStatement can only be accessed by you via PEFCU Online.
  • Save statements on your computer and print them whenever you like.
  • Pay nothing to get eStatements

Register for this service by logging on to your online account, selecting the "eStatements" tab, and clicking on the "eStatements" link on the left side of the screen.

eAlerts


Worried if your account balance falls below a certain amount? Set up customized messages to alert you of account activity via your e-mail, cell phone or PDA. Examples of our members' eAlerts are "You only have $100 in your account" and "You've saved enough money for vacation."

uDeposit


Worried about getting your check into your account before closing time? Relax. With PEFCU uDeposit you can deposit your check any time from the comfort of your home. And the best part is you will have full access to your funds immediately. With PEFCU uDeposit you simply:

  • Register at PEFCU Online and enter the deposit amount on your "Accounts Summary" page.
  • Mail your check to us in the envelope we provide.
  • Enjoy immediate, full access to your funds without waiting.

It's that easy. Contact us to find out if you are eligible for this service. You'll be glad you did.

Secure Account Manager (SAM)


Not only is SAM the perfect way to transfer funds, monitor bills and more, it's now a great way to view all your account information and net worth in one place, with one login and on one screen (even accounts from other financial institutions or credit cards). And because it's a part of PEFCU Online, it's free. Discover greater flexibility and information at your fingertips with SAM.

  • Set alerts when you want to be notified that your account balance has reached a certain limit.
  • Set up e-mail accounts.
  • Monitor stocks and investments.
  • Review bills and bill payments.
  • Look at airline miles and more.
  • Check VISA® ScoreCard® Rewards points.
  • Transfer funds to and from checking and savings accounts at PEFCU or any financial institution within the United States at which you have an account.

To access SAM, log into PEFCU Online account and select the "SAM" tab.

eDocuments


An eNotice is an electronic copy of a traditional paper notification from PEFCU such as an overdraft transfer, courtesy pay, non-sufficient funds (NSF) or loan payment reminder.

eDocuments are a great way to receive immediate notification about your account such as when an NSF occurs or a loan payment is late - rather than waiting for these notices to arrive by mail. PEFCU eDocuments are offered in conjunction with eStatements and are sent electronically.

Register for this free service by logging into PEFCU Online, selecting the "eDocuments" tab, and clicking on the "eDocuments" link on the left side of the screen.

ATMs and Kiosks


PEFCU provides free access to nearly 30 ATMs throughout Greater Lafayette and 15 exclusive Purdue campus ATMs, including eight within residence halls. PEFCU members also have free access to more than 30,000 ATMs nationwide. Search for specific locations.


PEFCU One Touch units are advanced systems that use the latest in biometrics - fingerprint imaging - to positively identify members and perform a wide range of transactions, including traditional ATM transactions. We're proud to be among the first financial institutions in the country to feature this automated convenience for our members.

Some of the things you can do with PEFCU One Touch:

  • Open accounts.
  • Apply for a loan.
  • View account history.
  • Deposit and withdraw funds.
  • Print a check from your account.
  • Transfer funds to and from accounts.

Currently, PEFCU One Touch units can be found in our Financial Mall and Northwestern branches in West Lafayette and our 26 Crossings branch in Lafayette.

PEFCU Phone


PEFCU Phone allows you to perform transactions on your account using any touch-tone phone, day or night (including holidays). Get 24-hour automated access to your accounts for free!

With PEFCU Phone you can:

  • Make PEFCU loan and Visa® payments.
  • Transfer funds between PEFCU accounts.
  • Check account balances and activity.
  • Obtain loan information (pay-off balance, last payment information, and more).
  • Review cleared items.
  • Access dividend and interest information.

Wire Transfers


Need cash in a hurry? PEFCU offers members the convenience of both sending and receiving domestic and international wires. Relax knowing you have access to your funds when and where you need it.

When sending a wire the following information is required: bank name, ABA number and city, state and country; and receiver's full name, account number and address. For assistance sending wire transfers please call PEFCU's Contact Center at 765.497.3328 or 800.627.3328.

Wire form must be received by accounting no later than 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time for international wires and 1 p.m. Eastern Time for domestic wires in order to be sent the same day. PEFCU cannot guarantee the time or date of arrival for a wire once it has left us.

The cost is $15 for domestic wires and $40 for international wires. Additional fees may be added to international wires by other institutions handling the transfer.

We are not a receiving institution, so your transfer will go to Members United Corporate FCU. You will need to provide the following information to the originating institution in order to receive a wire in your PEFCU account:
