A: uWithdraw is a free service that allows you to print a check from any of your PEFCU accounts. You select a branch where your check will be printed and available for you to pick up.
A: There is no cost to use uWithdraw. The checks are automatically printed free of charge.
A: uWithdraw is located within PEFCU Online (online banking). To find uWithdraw, log into online banking then select the uWithdraw tab at the top of your screen.
A: There is no limit to the number of checks you can request; however, there must be enough money in your PEFCU account to cover the check amount. Individual checks are limited to $100,000 each.
A: Once you confirm your check details and click Submit, your check will instantly be printed at the branch you selected. The check is ready immediately, but you have up to seven (7) calendar days to pick it up.
A: Checks can be picked up at any branch lobby or drive-through during normal business hours, though you must identify which branch you wish to pick the checks up from in uWithdraw.
A: When you pick up your check you will need a photo ID and the check number that appeared on the sample check on your computer screen.
A: You must pick up your check within seven calendar days or your funds will be re-deposited into your account.
A: If you do not pick up your check within seven calendar days, your funds will re-deposited into your account.
A: There is no way to change or cancel a submitted check; however, if you notice something wrong with your check after you click Submit, call 765.497.3328 or stop by a branch to have the funds re-deposited into your account.
